So I whipped these bad boys up a couple of days ago and they turned out pretty darn delish! They actually have a great soft texture that reminded me of my moms peanut butter chocolate chip cookie dough. Only these are on the healthier side since they are higher in protein and there is no added sugar. They are also completely vegan! I hope you enjoy!
Recipe
1 1/2 Scoops Vegan Protein Powder (Find some of my favorites here)
1/2 Cup Oats
1/2 Cup Almond Meal
3 Tablespoons Butter Flavor Coconut Oil
1 Cup Peanut Butter
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
Handful of Vegan Chocolate Chips
Warm butter flavored coconut oil and peanut butter just enough to soften…mix all ingredients together in bowl…then press into bread size pan…cut into bars and enjoy!
