Super quick and easy vegan snack bites! I whipped these up yesterday and they turned out yummy! I actually wrote down the ingredients as I made them. You can adjust the recipe to your liking…IE…use dried fruit instead of the handful of dark chocolate chips…not that anyone would ever pass up dark chocolate!..Enjoy!
Recipe
1 Scoop Vegan Protein Powder (Find some of my favorites here)
1/2 Cup Oats
1/2 Cup Almond Meal/Flour
1/2-3/4 Cup Creamy Natural Peanut Butter
7-8 Pitted Dates
Handful of Dark Chocolate Chips
Tablespoon Warm Water
Directions
Place pitted dates in food processor with tablespoon warm water…pulse until finely chopped…add to mixing bowl and stir in rest of ingredients…add teaspoon warm water if too dry for your liking…mix well…shape into bite size balls…Enjoy!!
