Simmering the deliciousness

As the temperature drops here in Michigan, I find find myself moving into my Winter mode, which means I am thinking of any ways to stay toasty. I have always found it interesting how the weather and seasons can change what we are craving to eat and drink. At this time of year I am into making homemade soups and other comfort foods that really don’t call to me when it’s 83 degrees in July. Just as ice cream will not enter my mind for the next 5 months. Enter one of my favorite cold weather treats…Hot Chocolate. Each Winter I play around with different variations of homemade hot chocolate. This one is next level flavor bomb. I’m really excited to share it and hope you love it as much as I do. Enjoy!
