Easy Vegan Chocolate Fix!

If you are looking for an easy, healthy, and most importantly, chocolate snack, look no further! My dark chocolate chia pudding is here for you! You can top it with fruit, add some delicious peanut butter, or enjoy it as it is. Not only is this pudding tasty, these little chia seeds are packed with nutrients including omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, fiber, protein, magnesium, and phosphorus. I hope you enjoy!

Recipe

1/2 Cup Chia Seeds

2 Cups Plant Milk (I used 1 cup vanilla almond milk & 1 cup coconut milk)

2 Tablespoons Raw Cacao Powder (I like this one)

1/2 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract

3/4 Tablespoon Dark Brown Sugar (You can adjust to taste, or omit completely if you want a snack with lower sugar content)

Whisk all ingredients thoroughly together in a bowl…cover and refrigerate overnight…stir again…top with nuts, fruit, peanut butter, or just devour the chocolaty pudding as it is!
